Geo-Locator

The geo-locator ensures visitors are directed to the most relevant regional site, providing them with localized content, pricing, currency, and language.

How It Works​

Automatic Country Detection​

When a customer visits the website, we use Cloudflare's geolocation service to automatically detect their country based on their IP address. This happens instantly and requires no action from the visitor.

Geo-Redirection Pop-up​

If we have a regional sub-site registered for the visitor's detected country, a pop-up will appear prompting them to switch to their local site.

Geo Locator 1

The visitor can:

  • Accept – They'll be redirected to their country-specific site
  • Decline – They'll remain on the current site

If a visitor is redirected to a country that doesn't match their preference, they can select a different country from the available options.

Geo Locator 2

Manual Location Selector​

Visitors always have control over their browsing experience. They can click the location button on the website at any time to:

  • View all available countries and languages
  • Switch to a different regional site manually
  • Browse the site in their preferred language

This ensures customers can always access the content most relevant to them, regardless of their detected location.
